Nanjing Juxing Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., with over 50 years production history, is specialized in offering special machine tools, production lines and automatic machining lines for mass production of parts and components, including auto parts. Moreover, we have the capabilities to manufacture various high-precision perforated and multi-surface machine parts.

We are strictly following the IS9001 quality system. We are also preparing to obtain the TS16949 quality system certification. Advanced management tools, such as ERP, PDM, OA and 5S are used in our company.

Our company occupies a land area of 44,000sqm and has more than 200 employees, including a strong R&D team of up to 70 persons. We are one of the shareholders of Nanjing Institute of Technology, which offers a team of application-oriented teachers as a strong technical support for us.

We have designed many series of machine tools and production lines for a number of automobile, motorcycle and compressor manufacturers making engine cases, gasoline engine cases, cylinder heads, gear boxes, reduction cases, cylinder bodies, crankshafts, and connecting rods. We have reached the advanced international level in the design and machining field, which has brought significant profits to our customers. We have been awarded as the "High-Tech Firm in Nanjing", and our advanced manufacturing equipment for critical engine components has been awarded as the "High-Tech Product in Nanjing". We are supplying auto components, such as the engine side support brackets and clutch cases for Nanjing FIAT as a qualified supplier. We have set up a special department responsible for the development of innovative, energy-saving and environment-friendly new auto parts.
